Approved nonprofits receive WorkLoop Business for free: unlimited team collaboration, native calls, admin controls, SSO-ready setup, and every feature on Business. Same product paying teams use; no stripped-down charity tier.
We review every application individually. Generally, you should be:
Email nonprofits@useworkloop.com with the subject “Nonprofit Program Application” and attach or link to:
Send your documentation to nonprofits@useworkloop.com. There is no application fee.
Our team confirms nonprofit status and fit, usually within a few business days.
Once approved, we activate Business on your workspace at no cost. Annual reverification may apply.
We may decline applications that cannot be verified, appear inactive, or fall outside program scope. WorkLoop may revoke free access if nonprofit status changes or terms are violated.
