We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access by role, and respond to reports quickly.
Data handling
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized staff with MFA. Workspaces are logically isolated. Enterprise customers can request additional controls, including SSO/SAML and audit logs on eligible plans.
Backups and availability
We maintain regular backups and monitor uptime for core services. Status updates are posted on our status page when incidents affect customers.
Report a vulnerability
Found a security issue? Email hello@useworkloop.com with the subject “Security” and include details. We acknowledge reports promptly and do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
