WorkLoopBy using WorkLoop you agree to these terms. If you use WorkLoop on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to WorkLoop websites, apps, and services. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your credentials and activity in your workspace. Provide accurate registration information. You may not share accounts in ways that violate your plan limits or compromise security.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans renew per the billing cycle you select until cancelled. Prices are per user unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable consumer laws. Free plans remain free without a credit card.
Acceptable use
Do not use WorkLoop to distribute malware, harass others, violate laws, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not scrape or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that threaten service integrity or other users.
Termination
You may cancel anytime from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; export tools remain available per your plan for a reasonable period.
Limitation of liability
WorkLoop is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
