Getting started

Create a free account, no credit card required. You get a personal dashboard, basic tasks, calendar, and limited projects to explore the loop.

  1. Download the app for Windows, macOS, or Linux and sign in.
  2. Set up your Today view with a few tasks, your calendar, and a morning routine.
  3. Upgrade when you need more. Pro adds unlimited personal projects, habits, and routines.
  4. Invite teammates from Settings → Members on Team and Business. New members inherit your workspace templates and channels.

Desktop builds are available for Windows 10 and later, and for macOS. Sign in with the same account on every device and your tasks, habits, and team workspaces stay in sync.

Billing

Manage your plan from Settings → Billing. Switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime; yearly saves 30%.

Per-user pricing applies to Pro, Plus, Team, and Business. Enterprise is quote-based for 100+ users with custom terms.

Troubleshooting

Tasks or projects aren't syncing

Confirm you're on the latest desktop build and signed into the same workspace on every device. Signing out and back in refreshes your session.

I'm not getting notifications

Check your operating system's notification permissions for WorkLoop, then Settings → Notifications in the app.

Calls won't connect on a work network

Corporate firewall rules can block calling. Ask your IT team to allow WorkLoop, or try another network to confirm.
